RETAINED SEARCH

Organizations often have a critical need to fill a position immediately. LPI can deliver results quickly through a retained search. The retained search has a dedicated consultant working on the search to find a particular executive for a specific position. The payment structure will be an agreed upon flat fee. A small portion of that fee is paid at the start of the search assignment, with the remainder paid upon acceptance of the offer.

CONTINGENCY SEARCH

LPI handles contingency searches on a limited basis. The contingency search agreement is an option whereby a candidate presented by LPI enters into a working relationship with your organization. The fee is paid by the company at the conclusion of the search assignment, and is contingent upon the successful placement of the candidate.
